Ready Set Go :
Empowering Through Art and Community

Founded by Rishitha Koruturu, Ready Set Go (RSG) was born with a vision to build community and foster health and development using art in education. The initiative is designed to create a fun and engaging space where participants cultivate soft skills as a natural by product.
Our focus is on adolescents aged between 11-16 years— where they are most vulnerable and impressionable. Our programs enhance creativity and innovation while supporting emotional regulation, boosting school performance beyond academics.
The initiative addresses the gap left by traditional education systems that often lack resources to support the comprehensive development for students. The idea of having a community is to offer opportunities for meaningful interactions outside of their families and teachers.
From weekend art classes to one-day workshops, theatre club activities to excursions and summer camps, we’ve executed various programs to discover that art in education truly resonates with the community. We’re excited about expansion through partnerships and eager to continue building a creative community that nurtures growth, empowerment and authenticity.
